About Expected Arrival Dates

Expected arrival dates for Same Day and Express are estimated ranges and are not guaranteed. Although we will do our best to meet these estimates, additional time may be required to receive your delivery.

Express Service

Orders typically arrive between 1-5 business day after being processed. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 days. Express orders are delivered by FedEx or USPS Monday through Saturday. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays.

Standard Service

Orders typically arrive between 10-15 business day after being processed. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 days. Standard orders are delivered by FedEx or USPS Monday through Saturday. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays. 

Where do I send returns? 

Simply send your order with your order number, name, and telephone number via UPS OR insured US Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

What if I want to return an item, but no longer have my invoice?

No problem, we need your invoice/order number and name or phone number to locate your original order. Attach your information when returning the order.

How can I return new items?

If the item you receive is not correct, whatever the reason, return it to us within 15 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, that includes the box that it comes in, and if sold in a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return.  We are unable to refund return shipping costs. If an error was made on our part, we will email you a label to be used at no cost to you. If you choose to return merchandise at your own cost, the return address is below. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost en route. We do not accept CODs or packages marked "Bill Recipient".  During the holiday season, any purchase made in November and December will be thought of as a gift and will have until January 15th to be returned.  

Goal Kick reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s), or assess a 15-50% re-stocking fee if the above terms have not been followed. The re-stocking fee will be based upon original order date, date of return, and the condition of the return.  

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Warm up suit parts - any item sold as a set must be returned as a set. 
  • Customized, worn or laundered items of any kind.
  • Worn, or laundered items of any kind.
  • Closeout of Clearance products.

How long will it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

Returns are usually processed within 1-3 business days after they arrive at our location. Domestic exchanges are shipped via standard ground service at no additional charge to you. Allow 1-2 weeks from the time you send your return to receive your exchange order.

If I receive a defective item, what is the return procedure?

Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, performance fabrics, etc). It's our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 60 days after the purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for up to 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund.

Backorders

An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders.
